Due to the density of the flat iron, we recommend you cook it 1.5 times the duration of a normal steak, +-12 minutes in total, obviously depending on your heat level. Like other cuts, turn every 1-2 minutes to ensure an even cook. If you like add a squeeze of lemon over the steak before taking it off the heat to rest.Enjoy it medium/medium-rare.
