Cook all 4 sides of the strip to ensure it is cooked evenly throughout. Cook for +-6 minutes in total, depending on your heat. Best enjoyed at medium/medium-rare. We recommend that you cut it up into 1.5cm cubes once cooked.

Very fatty cut -wich is normal- it is bigger than it looks. Very filling, but might be a bit too much for first timers. Extremely soft, juicy. keeps the flavour of meat intact during seasoning, it is a must have. The cuts were neat, neatly packaged, very little blood in packet as well. Very impressed.
