WAGYU INFUSED VENISON WORS

Description

This sausage is made from game that has been harvested by the Zuney Wagyu family throughout the hunting season. The venison component currently consists of Impala, Springbuck and Kudu. The venison is mixed with subcutaneous wagyu fat that we cut off of our carcasses.
